Dynamic Mister

This product is a mini mist generator. Its design is based on the same principles of the Vibro-Spreader, i.e. with a center pin free to locate itself in the middle of the nozzle and to vibrate by the water flow. It generates a uniform circular pattern of mist and even when operating in the upside down hanging mode it is a "Droplet Free" mist emitter.

Performance:

The Dynamic Misters are produced for nominal water discharge of 20 L/hr and 40 L/hr

(5 GPH and 10GPH) at a pressure of 2 Bars ( 30 PSI ).

 

Applications:

The Dynamic Misters can be installed in the upright mode, or can be hanged as an overhead device - in upside down mode. The hanging mode is used in particular for irrigating germination tables in greenhouses and for cooling livestock and poultry during hot and dry climate. For the upside-down mode it is recommended for use with our Drain Shut-off Valve , as shown in the picture below, to prevent dropping at the end of the operation.

The constant vibration prevents clogging by dirt or lime sediments in the nozzle.

The reduced diameter of the Dynamic Mister shoulders (As shown in the close up picture)

and the smaller top cup are the only differences from the standard Vibro-Spreader. The Dynamic Mister fits into any Ein-Tal socket, plunger etc.
